Would you prefer an e-book?

Reflowable or fixed-page?

 

This book would work best as a fixed-page e-book because it has many asterisked footnotes and other material.

 

Amazon and Barnes and Noble only carry e-books with "reflowable" text. But Apple, Kobo and Libreka do carry fixed-page e-books.

The book could be reformated as reflowable, but that would mean the reader would have to click on numbers to access the asterisked footnotes and much other material.

 

If you would be okay with ordering one from one of those online distributors, please let us know. If there is enough interest we will convert this book to a fixed-page e-book.

Like other e-books, its pages could be enlarged for better viewing of the text.

​

Its price would be a lot lower than that of the print book.
